The precision of our in-factory construction means everything fits more evenly and accurately than in a stick-built home, leaving no gaps from which energy can escape. In addition, because we apply insulation to walls before raising them to a vertical position, we are able to pack them snugly and apply
extra material.

Many of the products used in our homes boast the coveted Energy Star rating, and our windows contain Low-E coatings for greater energy efficiency.
